About the site

I've been pondering the idea of a graphic site for sometime now and finally decided to go through with it because of boredom and because I wanted to practice my design skills and evolve them further. I started working on the scripts needed to run the site on August 15, 2011. All of them are hand coded by me with a little help from my dear friend, Kula with customizing icon sort to my needs. Candypop was finally born on my computer on August 23, 2011 and was placed on the world wild webs on September 08, 2011.

I hope to provide everyone with graphics and pre-made layouts. I also aim to improve myself in this area of works as well. If you ever want me to make you a custom layout though I can do it for a small price so if you are in the market for a web designer and like my work please go ahead and use my contact form to do so. About this Design

Candypop currently features the girls of 2NE1; one of my favorite Korean bands. This is the first version of Candypop and was made using Photoshop CS4 and coded in EditPlus. The layout is compatible in Chrome, Opera, and Mozilla Firefox (does not look good in Internet Explorer) with all resolutions 800x600 and up. You'll find that I don't really code for Internet Explorer since I hate that browser with a passion and with so many options for a better browser I don't feel people should even be using it. But that's just me. Patterns and brushes are from the following sites: dennytang, annette29, spookyzangel, yunyunsarang. The fonts used on this layout are Ative and Tall Dark And Handsome.
